Professional complaint processing

The correct handling of claims and complaints is an important part of the pharmaceutical supply chain. Customer complaints and defective products are received, recorded and processed precisely in accordance with the client specifications. We record all complaints in a system environment specified by the client. While the necessary clarifications are being made, the returned products are stored at the correct temperature in an isolated returns warehouse designated for the purpose.

The collected returns can also be transferred to the client for clarification as needed. We then handle the correspondence with the customer, provide a statement based on the inspection report and conclude the return submission.
