Our specially equipped secondary packaging units and Swissmedic licence mean we can ensure the highest levels of quality and safety and meet the Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines. We are ideally equipped to handle secondary packaging on a large or small scale or for sample shipments. Thanks to innovative solutions for serialisation and labelling with safety labels, we ensure optimum transparency and traceability from the origin of the goods all the way through to the retail process. This optimises processes and ensures trust and security.

Packaging solutions for parcel shipment
In addition to standard packaging for conventional parcel shipment, Voigt Industrie Service AG offers various secure packaging solutions for temperature-controlled transport.
Passive solution 15°C to 25°C
Environmentally friendly shipping of pharmaceuticals in the temperature-controlled ThermoCare Box with an ambient temperature between 15°C and 25°C. The ThermoCare Box is GDP-verified and validated and is transported by Swiss Post via its parcel and express channels, making it suitable for mass shipments. The ThermoCare Box reaches recipients across Switzerland with next-day delivery, usually by 10:00 am or guaranteed by 9:00 am with express delivery. Weekend shipping is also possible. This reusable box is a Swiss Post product.
Passive solution 2°C to 8°C
Sending pharmaceuticals in the Voigt ClimaBox® 280 under refrigeration between 2°C and 8°C. The Voigt ClimaBox® 280 is GDP-verified and validated and is transported by Swiss Post via its parcel and express channels, making it suitable for mass shipments. It reaches recipients across Switzerland with next-day delivery, usually by 10:00 am or guaranteed by 9:00 am with express delivery. Weekend shipping is also possible. This reusable box was developed by Voigt Industrie Service AG.
Active solution 15°C to 25°C
Shipping pharmaceuticals in reusable boxes under actively temperature-controlled conditions between 15°C and 25°C. Shipping is GDP-validated and the transport service provider has been verified by Voigt Industrie Service AG. Shipments are transported in special vehicles and reach recipients across Switzerland with next-day delivery, usually by 12 pm. Transport is carried out by our partner 7Days.

Emergency shipments
We also offer delivery outside of business hours, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Around the clock. Shipments are carried out by service providers verified by us.
